Now how to covert to the American system. Knowing what I know now, I feel America is soo stupid for using their own system. They just made it harder for Americans , Not easier. Literally all recipes still use grams and kg. Kilo- 1k is obv. If u took algebra or physics, this is 1000x easier to covert than electronics measurement. The prob is converting grams to ounces and liters since they are not even numbers. For cooking, not a big deal, but baking exact numbers are a big deal.
